Exclusive Savings Alert! Get 20% Off Your First 3 Rides with Bristol Airport Transfers
Bristol Airport has a single terminal, which makes the pickup process straightforward. Once you collect your bags and clear arrivals, you’ll come through the ground floor exits.
For standard pickups, your driver waits in the Short Stay & Pick-Up Car Park, a short walk from the terminal exits. You’ll receive your driver’s details and bay number by message as your flight lands.
If you’ve booked our Meet & Greet service, your driver will be waiting inside the arrivals hall with a name board before you even reach the exit doors. If you’ve had a long flight, if you’re travelling with a lot of luggage, or if you simply don’t want to navigate a car park after landing, this is the option to choose.
All flights are tracked in real time. If your inbound flight is running late, your pickup time adjusts automatically. You won’t be charged extra waiting time because of a delay that wasn’t your fault.
Heathrow has four active passenger terminals — T2, T3, T4, and T5. When you book, tell us which terminal your departing flight leaves from, and we’ll drop you directly at the correct departures entrance. If you’re not sure of your terminal yet, you can confirm it closer to your travel date or check via your airline.
Here’s a quick guide to which airlines typically use which terminal, so you can give us an accurate drop-off point:
Heathrow pickups include a generous free waiting period after your flight lands — time for you to clear immigration, collect bags, and make your way to arrivals without rushing.
This is the question every connecting traveller needs to answer honestly. Our honest answer based on running this route daily:
Allow a minimum of 3 hours between landing at BRS and your scheduled Heathrow departure. This gives you time to clear BRS arrivals (typically 20–30 minutes including bags), get to your vehicle, make the drive, and reach your Heathrow terminal with enough buffer for check-in and security.
If your BRS arrival is during morning or evening peak hours (roughly 7–9am and 4–7pm), build in closer to 3.5 hours. The M4 around Swindon and the Heathrow approach on the M25 can add meaningful time on busy weekday mornings.
If you’re on a tight connection and want to discuss whether your schedule works, contact us before booking — we’d rather tell you it’s too tight than send a driver to a journey that isn’t going to work.
Off-peak, the journey runs between 1 hour 45 minutes and 2 hours, covering approximately 120 miles via the M4 motorway. During morning or evening rush hours on weekdays, allow up to 2 hours 30 minutes. Journey times are confirmed at booking and your driver will advise on departure timing based on the time of day you’re travelling.
Bristol Airport has one terminal. For standard bookings, your driver meets you at the Short Stay & Pick-Up Car Park, a two-minute walk from the terminal exit — you’ll get their exact bay number by message when your flight lands. For Meet & Greet bookings, they’ll be waiting inside the arrivals hall with a name board before you reach the exit.
We track your flight in real time using your flight number. If your inbound is running late, your pickup time adjusts automatically and no extra charges apply. You’ll never come through arrivals to find your driver has left.
Yes, subject to driver availability. Same-day bookings are accepted, though we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for early morning or late night runs when demand is higher.
No. Bristol Airport has no railway station. The closest train option requires catching a bus to Bristol Temple Meads, then a train to London Paddington, then the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow — typically 2.5 to 3 hours in total, longer at busy times. A direct private transfer is significantly faster and more practical when you have luggage and a connection to catch.
Yes. If you’re based near the airport in areas like Nailsea, Clevedon, Portishead, Weston-super-Mare, or Bath, we can collect from your address and run the full journey through to your Heathrow terminal as one booking.
Yes. We have vehicles for larger groups including MPVs and minibuses. If you’re travelling with colleagues, family, or extra luggage from an extended trip, select the right vehicle at booking and everyone travels together.
Yes, always. When booking, tell us your departing terminal — T2, T3, T4, or T5 — and your driver will drop you at the correct departures entrance. If your terminal changes after booking, just let us know and we’ll update the drop-off point.
