Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer before using our website or booking a transfer with Bristol Airport Transfers.

General information

The information on this website is for general guidance. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that everything is complete or free from error.

Prices, distances and journey times

Distances and drive times shown on our pages are estimates. Real journey times depend on traffic, roadworks, weather and other conditions. Your final price is the fixed price we quote at the time of booking.

Flights and airports

We monitor flights for airport pickups, but flight information comes from third parties and can change at short notice. Please check your flight status with your airline or airport and allow plenty of time for your journey.

Independent service

Bristol Airport Transfers is an independent business. We are not part of or owned by any other company, and we are not officially connected to any airline. We have a stand at Bristol Airport and are open to discussing an association on that basis. Airport and airline names are used only to describe the routes we cover.

Third party links and content

Our website may link to or display content from other websites, such as customer reviews. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limits on our responsibility

We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, accidents, road closures or airline and airport changes. We are also not responsible for the website being temporarily unavailable.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
